Electric Vacuum Pump

Many high performance engines do not produce enough vacuum for reliable servo operation.

This neat little pump will maintain 18-22 inches of constant vacuum whatever your manifold pressure.

Supplied with an inline vacuum switch which energises the pump when vacuum is required, a relay, electrical cable, in-line fuse, connectors, rubber mounts and two metres of vacuum hose.

Inlet and switch hosetails are 12mm diameter and the exhaust is 14mm diameter.

Pump must be mounted horizontally.

NOTE: This pump can be a little noisy. A breather filter attached to the exhaust port will reduce the noise.

USE GOOD QUALITY FUEL HOSE CLIPS ON EVERY HOSE JOINT AND CHECK OPERATION OF THE RELAY AND SWITCH BY PUTTING YOUR FINGER OVER THE END OF THE HOSE JOINING THE SERVO BEFOREĀ FINALLY CONNECTING IT. WAIT FOR THEĀ PUMP TO STOP. THE LONGER IT TAKES TO START AGAIN, THE BETTER YOUR SYSTEM IS SEALED.
